This storage place has been great. The pricing is fair compared to other places I looked at, and overall I feel my belongings are in good hands here. Highly recommend. Thank you Crystal for making the process easier.
been looking around for a new storage and went in to get some information , and I was helped by crystal I believe her name is . She was truly so helpful and answered all my questions .She had such a great attitude and I will be back and opening up my storage here .
Emailed twice and even called - no response over 3 days. Went to visit in person. Place in disrepair. Asked about winter special listed on website for a 5x10 space for $80/month. Was told the special expired in January (3+ weeks ago) but why still still on website. No explanation. Price went from $80/month to $200+/month?...No explanation. Person said they were the manager...but didn't seem to care about any of it...
Thw website says $69/month, I came in because they weren't answering their phones and a lady was just sitting there doing nothing next to the phone when I arrived. When I inquired about the storage unit she said $209 for a 5x10 storage unit. I stopped to check if I was at the right place and I was. She said the price currently listed on the website is the old Summer rate. I asked when did the Summer rate end, she said June. I said because Summer ends end of August and it starts in June. Very unprofessional the Hispanic lady was giving out personal information to another customer..she need to be fire immediately..she said she was the manager that's a lie..I give this place a 1 star..I don't recommend...and she didn't contact me for taking my name off the storage..now it's a legal matter..the person she was telling my personal business too was stealing from me ...
