I am so pleased with the service and the attitude of ALL of the people that work at Budget Pool. They don't make you feel stupid, they listen and explain things so you understand. When we bought our pool our Salesman was Rob. We had no idea on what it entailed to get a pool up and running other than swimming in it. He explained everything and even had to go over it a few times but never got frustrated. I have and will continue sending friends there to buy a pool,chemicals etc. Keep up the good work!!!

I was given a delivery date for a pool in mid June. After four phone calls they tell me they are not sure when the pool will be in. Try scheduling an installer and electrician when you have no idea when you'll have a pool. Absolutely horrible service.
