Asked for a product, they special ordered it. They gave me a different product than I asked for, didn't realize it until I got home and opened the package. They would not return the item because it was open.

These People are A1! I was happy to see some of the same great people at Budget that had helped me for years when they were in Georgetown. They answer all questions (and I have a ton!) and explain all the ins and outs of hot tub ownership. Cory, in particular has helped me immensly. I'm using a new chlorine system that really is so new that most of the techs are just not that familiar with it; she has keep up her learning process which has certainly helped me.

I've been going to Budget Pools for 21 years and I must say that every single person working there is helpful, courteous and patient. I myself wait to talk to Rob when I'm there. He explains every step & jots down on my water analysis sheet the proper measurements. Rob thank you for your patience, I enjoy speaking with you all the time. I would highly recommend Budget Pools!
