I drove 20 minutes to get to Budget Pools today as my email wasn't working. Ive been there many times over the past 12 years, never an issue. Today, they were closed, which is 100% understandable, but had curbside pickup. As I was about to leave the parking lot, I saw an employee and yelled out could I ask him a quick question. Want to give the crew at Budget Pools a big thanks. I had an issue which forced me to shut down the pool. Because of their knowledge and understanding of the problem the downtime was minimal and the pool is up and running.
Excellent customer service. We had a problem with our filter today. The rep came around the counter and took a look at it right away. He took the time to explain the problem and corrected it. We were in and out in no time. Filter is working great!
This place has such fantastic customer service .Buying our first pool was so easy at Budget. The staff is so accommodating and professional. They got my pool open this Summer in two days. Thanks Budget Pools
Their service and products
We had a new pool installed this week and Budget was so knowledgeable. Checked other places, but no one was as good as Budget. And the pool installers name that Budget gave us was excellent, very professional. Craig Green and his crew did a fabulous job. We are very happy.
