We called this company to help us get our cat out of the air duct! Kenny was awesome. He got here quickly (less than 2 hours from the call) and was able to quickly open the duct!! Our cat wasn’t afraid of him and came right to the opening. 10/10.

I called and the first thing I said to him was that the city of Detroit Water Department as contacted me telling me that there is a ongoing leak and I asked him to come out to my property and inspect everything to make sure nothing is leaking. Simultaneously, I told him that I was not getting water from the outside spicket. He told me because I answered how much would it be initially he told me $100.
