I called and the first thing I said to him was that the city of Detroit Water Department as contacted me telling me that there is a ongoing leak and I asked him to come out to my property and inspect everything to make sure nothing is leaking. We turned our air on for the season during a heat and humidity advisory to find out that it was not working. They responded very quickly, same day, were polite, and had the system up and running by the next morning!
