Wonderful facility. They DO work with you as long as you communicate with them. However, if you DONT pay your bill they can only hold your unit for so long. They do NOT do as the bigger facilities do, you get 30 days behind at a chain facility and your stuff is gone. Budget will try to help you save your unit as long as you keep your word and make an effort. Those who complain are the ones who prob don't pay or lost their stuff because they didn't pay.
