I started going to BL in 1994 when Doug (owner) had it. He recently retired and turned it over to his son who has no idea of running a business. I was in there several months ago and I was told my filter on my transmission was rusted and needed replaced. I will NEVER go back. Took my f150 in to get an oil change. I wanted synthetic Mobil 1, knew it would be more. Told me $69.95 and $11.95 extra for the Mobil 1 oil filter which I was ok with. Then they came in and said I needed an air filter. Again I said ok. I asked the price and he didn't know. So at this point I'm figuring around $100 bill. Ok! He rang me in at over $130!!!!! He told me it's because I have a 7 qt. engine instead of 5 and it was $10/qt. be careful! What are ya going to do? Have them put the old oil in? Neve... read more
