I rented a car here when I traveled to LA and it was great. They have a bus that comes and picks you up from the airport and brings you right there. This location has their express check out so, if you haven't signed up..... you should. I was dropped off at the express drop off then was asked to look for my name on the board. Don't rent here. My wife and I rented a car with the budget online rate for $96. When we arrive they said they didn't need the reservation # just a license. They then asked us if we needed additional insurance and we said no to ALL the questions they ask. What they AREN'T telling is when your denying additional coverage they are Agreeing you to the basic coverage which DOUBLES YOUR FEE. �We didn't notice this because the amount on the screen was conveniently exactly $10 more than our reservation (and the bill shows a $10 fee... read more

I was out in southern California for spring break last week and rented a car from Budget during my stay. I reserved the car online a few days before I arrived. My flight arrived in LAX late Friday night. I waited a few minutes for a shuttle bus to take me to Budget. My wait time to get into my car was about 10 minutes. I got a Ford Focus and was surprised by the good gas mileage it got during my trip.
