Booked online for a last-minute trip. Once I got to the Budget office it took about 5 minutes to fill in the paperwork electronically and collect the keys, then another 5 minutes to walk to the car park above to collect the car. It was a late model car, clean and well-maintained. I organised full insurance elsewhere before I booked as it would have been too expensive with Budget. There's no after-hours return available but overall an excellent experience.
crazy amount of time to get your deposit back. I rent the same vehicle through AVIS in the same office and it's processed straight away. The staff can only tell you that that's the way it is, you just have to wait. Prehistoric systems.

Horrible, horrible experience. No part of it was even passable as service, nor was the vehicle. Avoid and go to another provider.
