Filthy car. There were no other cars available so we had to take it. After it was brought to their attention the employee said he would exchange it. He came after hours and said he was doing me a favour. He then called to remind me to fill it up. I suggested they top up due to my inconvenience. He told me it would come out of his pay. I suggested he take it out of the pay of the employee who cleaned the car. I did fill it up and when I arrived I asked for the name of the employee who cleaned it and it was him. They told me the small windshield crack is nothing to worry about during the pickup and then tried to charge me for it. We are going to fight in the court
Not great service compared to other vehicle rental options in Halifax
One star because zero stars in not option, would not recommend at all. Rented a car and lost a credit card in the process, sales clerk was not helpful at all, and made no attempt to assist in any way or form.
Friendly and upgraded to a larger car gratis.
