Our experience at this location was very good. Our car had issues and we brought it to Gurpreet, who quickly got us a new one and back on the road He was friendly, and efficient.
Avoid Renting from This Agency I strongly advise against renting a car from AVIS/Budget, particularly the Lacewood Drive location. Despite clearly stating at pickup that I did not want additional insurance, I was charged for damage coverage without my consent. This charge was added in a misleading and underhanded way, and I only discovered it after the rental was returned. Filthy car. There were no other cars available so we had to take it. After it was brought to their attention the employee said he would exchange it. He came after hours and said he was doing me a favour. He then called to remind me to fill it up. I suggested they top up due to my inconvenience. He told me it would come out of his pay. I suggested he take it out of the pay of the employee who cleaned the car. I did fill it up and when I arrived I asked for the name of the employee who cleaned it and it was him. They told me the small windshield crack is nothing to worry about during the pickup and then tried to charge me for it. We are going to fight in the court
