This location overcharged me, was needlessly rude and unhelpful on the phone, and openly laughed when I said I would be reviewing my receipt to dispute the incorrect charges. The staff member who helped me was accusatory, pedantic, unhelpful and spoke down to me the whole time. Absolutely avoid. Money was debited from the account - double pay. They apologized, but the money is not returned.
Budget car rental is my stop if I need to rent a car, karan helped me twice and he was great. He goes above and beyond, I’ll definitely rent at budget Lacewood location again.
