No matter whatever your car rental is, they gonna charge you almost double the price everytime. I went to visit Halifax from london ON and they had a deposit of $750 which was normal and before I return the car I filled up the gas tank to the full cleaned outside vacuumed inside because I didn’t want to leave a single reason for them to deduct more and they still did it and now since m back to london there is nothing I could do Shame on you guys.

Quality car but I was wrongly charged a $15 late fee. I returned the car at 10:50AM but they entered it into the system at 11:10AM, so was automatically charged a late fee (return time was 11AM). This is a bit of a racket that needs to be addressed. The staff should check a box if they want to add a late fee. They should have discretion. The late fee shouldn't be automatically charged based on the entry time which could even be an hour after the return time of the vehicle.
