Thos rental company is doing fraud, they lies and stated that i didn't fill up the car and charged me $116 for gas which I had a copy of the receipt from my bank showing I put gas 20 mins before dropping pff the car. Mind you it was a compact vehicle. I tried calling customer service and they always hang up whole Im speaking. Which I have over 6 calls in my log.
Don’t make a reservation, they don’t reserve the car and they simply hope they have one for you when you arrive. No car was available for me or the 12 other customers in line who also had reservations. This was on a Tuesday at 10am, not even a holiday or weekend.
Reserved a car in advance but nothing was available upon arrival. Then Kent had thee worst customer service ever! Took forever just to get a lower class vehicle than what i reserved in advance.
Employees not checking in the vehicle upon return. Budget charged me for two extra days with no proof of anything. The vehicle was returned next day, earlier than the number of days I rented it. Bad customer service and nobody knows anything.
UPDATE!!! Just short of a month after my rental, I received a letter in the mail, stating "Thank you for renting a vehicle with Budget Car Rental. Please be advised that during the course of the rental, our vehicle incurred damage....etc The cost breakdown for damage is as follows: Vehicle repair cost $42.60, Admin Fee $29.00.
