Ignore request from Budget Social Media.. i recently posted a review from an incident that occurred on July 24 2025, where I had to find a SUV hours before my vacation because theirCVG location failed me. the class/ type of vehicle that I reserved was in the garage on the day I arrived to pick up the vehicle.. I was told that these vehicles were for corporate/corporations and that I had to take a vehicle that the Regional Mgr had left keys for. no other options were offered .. Purchased a week long car rental from Budget/Avis through Delta. When we arrived at the rental counter there was a very long line. The other rental counters did not have a line. We called customer service to cancel our reservation (to go to a counter without a line) only to be told that it is not possible because we purchased it through Delta and would need to contact them. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE...do NOT rent from here! We did a weekly rental for an SUV. They rented us a Jeep Cherokee. I noticed as I was driving it home from their location that there was a slight wobble. Next day when we left for our trip, the wobble got worse and the tire blew out on the freeway. I called the emergency towing & roadside number and a tow truck came out to put the spare on. Then we had go all the way back to the CVG location to get a replacement vehicle, which cost us one of our vacation days. As of that we... read more

Do not use them. They failed to hold the reservation and didn’t even call to let us know. Drove almost an hour and a half one way. They delayed our trip a whole day and were suppose to comp us two days of the rental. Instead, they charged us more (over $600) because the reservation changed (because of them). I called customer support and spoke with a supervisor and they adjust the rate back to the original dailey amount, which she acted like she was doing me a favor, and would only comp us one day.
