Renting with your company was a non-stop headache from start to finish. I reserved a van four months in advance. Upon arriving at the airport counter, I was told no vans were available. We were reassigned a Volkswagen Atlas. Even after I explicitly stated we needed at least six seats and was reassured the Atlas had seven, we walked out to the lot to find a 5-seater. From check in to returning the car everything went smooth. Highly recommended 2026 Chevy Tahoe if you were riding with a big crew.
Overall meh experience. I feel like we don’t ask much, don’t care what type of car we are given as long as it gets us from point A to point B. When we checked in the desk assistant was disinterested and actually took a personal call while helping me. We were given a Toyota Corolla. It was absolutely filthy and had paint maker on the window that said the front bumper clips were missing. Everything looked fine so off we went. My vehicle broke, had to get a ride back to the airport, and the hoops Budget makes you jump through to not be charged additional for it easily lost a customer.
If I could give zero stars I would!! Please DON’T go here if you expect to get a car. I reserved a midsize gas sedan months ago through Costco Travel. When we arrived, there was only an SUV which I am not comfortable driving or an electric car. Where I will be traveling there are few to no charging stations. I have a 3-month out broken humerus where getting into an SUV is difficult. The guy at the counter was not helpful in the slightest.
