We have used Budget Blinds in several rental properties/apartments and were satisfied with the service. Unfortunately, we have had a horrible experience on our personal property out of the Mason City location. We were sold exterior blinds that broke immediately after installation, we reported the damage and were told someone would contact us for repairs. We have received nothing but excuses as to why the repairs have not been done, from incorrect parts being ordered (twice), to the weather being too cold. This has gone on fo... read more
Amazing install with two great installers! Blinds look and work amazingly. There was a tiny fabric imperfection but they were able to fix it on the spot saving the company money. These two need a bonus for their knowledge, work ethic and personalized service! Would highly recommend Budget blinds!
Excellent professionalism - in sales, customer service, and employees installing closets, blinds, and surfacing garage floor! Very hard workers - on time - polite - and knowledgeable! Would definitely use them again!
