If you value your time and money, avoid this place. The ordering process was confusing, and the staff acted annoyed whenever I asked questions. My shades were delayed by over a month, and no one bothered to update me unless I called repeatedly. When they were finally installed, they didn’t function properly—one wouldn’t even roll up. The store refused to take responsibility and told me to “get used to it.

I had such high hopes for this window treatment store, but the entire experience was a disaster. The salesperson seemed knowledgeable at first, but once I placed my order, communication went downhill. The blinds arrived weeks late, and when they finally did, they were the wrong size. Instead of fixing the issue, they blamed me for giving “incorrect measurements” even though their own installer took them. After spending so much money, I feel like I was scammed. Definitely not worth the headache.

This store is a complete letdown. I ordered custom curtains, and they looked nothing like the samples they showed me. The fabric was thin, cheap, and poorly stitched. On top of that, the installation crew was unprofessional and left holes all over my walls. When I tried to get a refund, customer service kept giving me the runaround. I’ve never had such a frustrating and disappointing shopping experience.

Raul and Claudine are great! Their pricing is more than reasonable and they are always quick to respond for any jobs I need! They are our go to for blinds! Always great doing business with them!
