My experience was positive from the initial contact to the final installation of the product. Diane was a pleasant, personable phone contact who scheduled a very prompt visit with the designer, Jessica. The consultation was productive, informative, and allowed for creativity in choosing just the right fabric for the blinds as well as the design of the cornice. From the moment, Jessica came to show us samples and help us select our roller shades and Blinds to today when Jermaine and Tom installed our blinds and shades for 17 windows we had an excellent experience with Budget Blinds. They were all always very responsive and professional, and they did an excellent job and provide a very good product. I would highly recommend them
Our experience with Budget Blinds was amazing! Everything went so smoothly. Jake coming to my home with samples , and spent time measuring made me feel confident in my selection. The installation went smoothly too. Germaine was very professional and the owner Todd was very nice also. I couldn’t be happier with my new blinds and shades!
We gave 5 stars because from start to finish it was a smooth process. Measurements were perfect and Instillation was done on time with no mess. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. We love our new look! We would highly recommend Budget Blinds to our friends and family.
Jessica came to our house as a consultant she gave us a bunch of options, went over pricing and measurements, a real GEM! Jermaine came to the house later to install the blinds we ordered. He was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend him and budget blinds to anyone!! A+++
