The shutters made by Picasso seems well-built but were smaller than the hole they went into. We have the feeling that the guy who came out to measure did an inaccurate job. The installer used wooden slats to fill in the spaces and then calked over the three sides with a very thin layer. After two days of drying, you could see daylight through the calk.
