Phil was referred to us by Hunter Douglas Rep to replace broken connectors on our existing shutters which another dealer said can not be repaired. He did a great job in replacing the broken ones in no time at all. We also had him put plantation shutters for the rest of our house. He is really professional, on time, and will answer any questions you have. He even answered our handyman's question about moving the light switch.! Phil came to our house and replaced our aging mismatched blinds in the sunny corner of our house with some spectacular patterned/textured blinds that let us enjoy the morning light and still keep our privacy intact.
