Good luck getting someone to call you back after you place your order or to install them anywhere near the estimated date. its been a month past my estimated install date, have called 4 times to check on status with no call back, and went by office on a Monday at 4:27PM and they were closed when they advertise that they close at 5:00PM. I am sure the blinds will be good quality but this type of service until they are installed is extremely disappointing.
No one was there at 4:10pm and they said they were open till 5pm. Lost our business. We went to Lowes and bought our stuff.
