Horrible Customer service by Debra in the front. The furniture is ok but they call you on the day your payment is due. Debra has horrible customer service skills. Needs to go back to basic customer service.

Getting stuff from this place is great but when it comes to paying and other stuff, they’re unprofessional and unorganized. I paid off a few things and they keep trying to charge me. I got a Ipad 3 Tablet and a Play Station 4, they were both messed up, so I took it back a few days later. When payments are due, they keep adding those items to my weekly payment. They keep calling me non-stop telling me I missed a payment for those items.. I RETURNED them! My payments are always different cause they don’t know how to take stuff... read more
If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. The place and furniture itself are nice, but very overpriced. None of it is good enough to deal with the NASTY and RUDE employees, though. Fred Stone is the rudest man I have ever done business with. Every employee I have talked to has a nasty attitude, and it makes me wish I had never given them my business. I have been doing business with Buddy's for 8 years. I always pay for my items with the same as cash option. Anthony was the asst manager when I started dealing with the company. Anthony became the manager and we continued great business. Now they have a new staff and manager and the customer service is horrible. Except for Ashley and Haley, the store has horrible customer service and has conducted business in an intimidating manner. Their customer service is the pits! I rented a washer three weeks ago, and haven't been able to use it since we got it. It won't ring clothes out. They brought us a temporary it worked perfect. Picked ours up and brought it backed "fixed" still doesn't work. Called and waited three days for a return call, then when I finally called them back they promised me a new one today between 11:30 and 12. No show. This store has the most unprofessional people working in there and they lie about when your things are being delivered........WORST SALES ASSOCIATES EVER!!!!!
Very poor service.
Store is clean well displayed with great merchandise and the staff was unbelievably knowledgeable. the 6 months same as cash is the best deal out there! we felt right at home.
