Eric, the store manager is a swindler! Do not do business at this store for your own good. I returned an e-bike to be repaired over a month ago and even bought the new tire to put on it, paid him $30 for the warranty he said he was going to use and left $75 of purchased accessories on the bike. He said it would be repaired in less than a week. Every week that I call Eric he is rude and obviously not bothered about fixing the bike.
