We bought a brand new upright freezer from Buddy’s around 5 years ago. One day it stopped working so we put in for a service call. The tech came quickly, which was appreciated. He only stayed for about 5 minutes before telling us there was a Freon leak and it could not be fixed. They proceeded to charge us $130 and attempted to sell us a new freezer. First time at this business they had product in stock and installed next day. When I entered the store, I was greeted (without sales pitch), and Tiffany answered my questions, and when I chose a product she also printed out a manual for me which I appreciated! The two installers were professional, quick and friendly and since I changed brands had an issue that lead installer came out and took care of (within 30 min of 2 installers leaving). Happy to have my new stove and appreciate the positive experience!!
