First time at this business they had product in stock and installed next day. When I entered the store, I was greeted (without sales pitch), and Tiffany answered my questions, and when I chose a product she also printed out a manual for me which I appreciated! The two installers were professional, quick and friendly and since I changed brands had an issue that lead installer came out and took care of (within 30 min of 2 installers leaving). Happy to have my new stove and appreciate the positive experience!!
