RecommendedI sent you a message about gumbo that I bought there last Saturday that was WAY too salty to eat. You have not answered me. Do you not answer questions? I was wondering if there anything I can do to frozen that I bought home to make it edible?
They "mix" their oysters... they take the older ones in the cooler that didn't sell and mix them in with the fresh ones. So you end up with about half the oysters you pay for. Bought 30lbs and maybe could eat 10lbs. 1-3 fresh, nice oysters and then the next 4-5 are old and completely dried out.
RecommendedSimply the best. The BEST fresh tuna. The BEST smoked tuna dip. The BEST steamed feast for Thanksgiving. I could go on and on but there’s no need: just know it’s the BEST. Total fan girl.
