I stopped in last night to buy a part for my daughter's flute. The gentleman stated that wasn't the problem and took the time to fix it right. I am just sorry I didn't catch your name. You did an amazing job and my daughter was so happy. I can't thank you enough. I just wish there were more people like you in customer service. To you it seemed like a small gesture, but to me it meant so much more and I will never forget your kindness.
