I have had many great experiences with Buddy Rogers music over the years...the latest being the purchase of a new Yamaha trumpet from them, the 8310Z custom "Bobby Shew" model. Brandon Voorhees, the manager, was very personable and helpful, and so was the entire staff at the College Hill location. I rented a used Yamaha beginners Saxophone for my daughter for her school band. I will admit, I know nothing about instruments,but did eventually did do my research. This is the biggest rip off. I found out that after 2 school years of payments, this Saxophone still would not be paid off. Now they are promoting a "step up instrument". A sub par Saxophone should not cost $1500. Go online and do your research. You can get a very nice used Selmer Saxophone for around $400. Don't fall for this company's over priced scams. I am v... read more

Our family has been treated extremely well by the people at Buddy Roger's Music since way back in the early 60's and our Dad actually played some gig's with Buddy! Dave Miller, Bill Harvey, Michael Wheeler have also been one of our "BEST" supporters of the Michael W. Bany Music Scholarship Fund since the very beginning! These guy's "Rock"!!!

Brought in an amp for repair. Bill checked it right away and had it fixed in a few minutes. Honest repairs at reasonable prices are so hard to find these days - I highly recommend this place!

Great experience! Our son needed help transitioning from a student model saxophone to a more advanced instrument. Brandon, Dave and the rest of staff did an awesome job of educating us on the available options and spent the time helping determine the best fit.
