Recommended5 stars. I was looking to find a straight neck for my Yamaha soprano saxophone 675 and I couldn't in Europe. So finally your ingredible Marketing Director Hayley Voorhees helped me to locate one in the US and was shipped to me here in Dublin Ireland with no delays. I received my package today and I'm so happy because this change in my instrument has brought my sound to a new level. So thank you very much and if I was living in the US trust me I will be buying only from you! So 5 stars are well deserved!
The “credit check” which wasn’t a credit check to rent a instrument I got denied. I didn’t give them a ID a social security number or anything just a address a credit card number. The lady who helped me went in the back and came out within minutes and said whoever the lady was in the back said no. I think it was more like she looks like she’s not going to pay so let’s not give it to her. A few months ago, I started having issues with valves sticking on my French Horn. I took it into Buddy Rogers and was told that it was in need of repairs. The valves were sticking because there was a lot of gunk in the rotors. It also needed some new pads on the rotors and some soldering repair around the valves. Nathan and Brandon were so knowledgeable and helpful. They got my 12 year old son all set with a replacement/next step trombone and showed him how to care for it. He is so excited to play his new trombone!
We’ve always had a pleasant experience with my son and his trombone needs when we visit. However, we came this past Saturday because my daughter was looking to pick up a 2nd intrusment. She came with a list of 3 instruments she wanted to try, and all she had minimal to no experience with. The 3 gentlemen working took their time to really help her get a feel for the instruments.
