We make skid plates from the front of your vehicle to the gas tank, single and dual case crossmembers, front & rear bumpers, traction bars, filler plates, drag links, side panels, sliders, hidden winch mounts, rear tire carriers, gas can holders, traction bars, shackles, battery trays, & differential covers. Owner took time to answer all my questions and more..he was honest enough to tell me to try going with leaf springs first and if it doesn’t solve problem come back to buy traction bar... i have already planned on buying them anyway but how many businesses do you know that would take time listening and try helping you out instead of just taking your money.... Great customer service ���..
Genius owner who not only is a design perfectionist, but he takes time out of his crazy busy schedule to help homeless friends of his. Truly amazing!! BUDBUILT products stand the test of time. His mechanical engineering degree provides the knowledge required to understand exactly the best angle to bend a piece of metal. This gives it the superior strength needed to stand up to what armor is meant for...total protection! Everyone knows if you want the BEST, you buy BUDBUILT products. Everything else is inferior.
I had full skid and slider treatment applied April 2016 to my Lexus GX470 and love the security of knowing I have protected the tender bits! Bud and Chip are great guys! I purchased them bare steel and had to remove them when home to paint and had ZERO fitment issues! Great product, great business and great people!
If its made for an FJ, I have it. Rockrails and skids, great company to do buisness with. His powdercoat is out standing.
Budbuilt are amazing skids. Everything fit perfectly, and with significant abuse they still fit fairly well (nothing a floor jack can't help persuade)! I stopped into his shop on my way to visit family in NC with very little notice - he was gracious enough to give a tour, introduce me to his employees and family as well as take my order!!
As for their products i cant say...but their customer service sucks. Had a question about a product and just was blown off. I can spend my money anywhere. I know it wont be here. My tundra, tacoma and 2 pickups will not have budbuilt parts.
Excellent build quality... Thrilled with shipping speed. Gonna have to grab some skids now!
