I have the stage 2 skid plates on my FJC they are great and did excellent in a really rugged ride.
Wonderful products. The transfer plate crossmember aka skid plate on my 84 pickup truck is now over 10 years old. One of the best things I'd ever done. Got rid of the rock magnet that was there before. Gained two inches of clearance, plus the smoother shape helps keep it from hanging up on everything. Highly recommended. Well designed products with very competitive pricing. Why buy copycat products when the real deal is so affordable?
I just bought and installed a complete armor set for my 1997 4runner last week. I ordered on a Monday and by Thursday they were at my door. The build quality is insane! So thick! They bolted right up to my frame without any problem. They are very heavy (80lbs each) so have a friend help you. I have used them once. Went to Windrock off road park yesterday and gave them a thorough thrashing. Held up great and I really can’t see any dents. I would recommend 100%!
