Over 3 hours & still waiting for an oil change & tire rotation with an appointment & no one else in the waiting room. RIDICULOUS!!!
The service department was very disappointing. We had a 9 am appointment and had the car there by 830. They didn't even look at it until 2 or 3 pm. They called us and said we would need to reschedule for another day. They were very unprofessional. Very unhelpful. We will never go back.
