So far error in over charge-not on time—late for measuring-& installing—no return calls—Was soposed to have been here 8:00–then 10:00 and now it’s almost 12 & still not here!! Not looking good needs done today

Bud Polley’s has a great variety of flooring options to choose from; which allowed me to explore many different styles to fit my new home. Zach was so knowledgeable about all the product lines and gave great recommendations on what worked best in my home. I truly encourage anyone to visit Bud Polley’s for their flooring needs and ask for Zach! I’m a true fan!!!!
I visited the store to pick out and schedule a porch carpet replacement. Zach was very helpful at that time. No one showed up for the measuring appointment. I called the next day...no explanation, but, they would have Zach call. No one called. I called them again. Scheduled another measuring appointment that the gentleman assured me would be kept. I will update on the status of that appointment. Not impressed on the hometown feel or the ‘female’ vibe they are trying to portray...
We are highly satisfied with our new shower! Jimmy and Jason in sales were very helpful in helping us select a complementary tile to replace our old tile shower. Jesse and his helper completed a top notch installation in 4 days! They respected our home and left the work area tidy each night! So glad we choose Bud Polley's!

Zach with Bud Polly has volunteered with habitat for humanity installing carpet in one of our homes. Recently the family living there had a little baby girl and Zach even donated his personal rug! It fits perfect in their living room. We can’t thank him enough! Great people. Great service!
Extremely happy with the product, service and installation of our new hardwood floor. Zach in sales was helpful and accommodating in selection of the product and scheding of delivery and installation. Roy, installer, was a professional and a craftsman who cared about the detail of his work. He also gave helpful tips in regards to caring for the floor.
