We had carpet installed in our basement and we have had the worst experience.. First time they installed it we have a huge spot of colors not matching and the seams are all wrong... Then they tacks kept cutting my sons heels.. Well they came out to try and make it right and now we have this! The floor and the stairs don’t even match! I would hope that when you pay over $2k for something we would have better results! Not to mention better communication! All we want is for our basement to have matching carpet!
Products are beautiful! HOWEVER out of the 6 installers we had doing our installation ONLY one was actually an employee of Bud Polleys Floor Center. The rest were sub contractors and they are VERY FAR from being professional installers!!! From nicks in flooring, carpet not being tracked down along wall correctly, horrific caulk jobs to scratched walls and woodwork!! After two months the jobs are still incorrect. DO NOT incur these headaches!!
RecommendedCompletely satisfied with our Carpet Installation. Zach helped my wife pick out what would make sense for our home. A quality Shaw carpet with a waterproof shield between the carpet and pad. Great idea for homes with kids and pets. Installers were careful and friendly. Great Company to work with!
They're simply the best! They took the time to listen and did a great job with our master tile shower!

It’s been a couple of years, but our whole house was done by your team. From picking the carpet, measuring in home, and the installation, all were top notch! Even had our daughters house done too!
I needed new carpet for my bedroom. Zach made the selection process so easy and was so helpful!
They did my floor coverings in my addition a few years ago. Very nice people, good workers, I’m still very pleased.
