Bud Clary charged my father over $8500.00 for a repair to a turbo they claimed had to be replaced They later said they replaced the turbo because it "might" go bad. He never would have agreed to the expensive repair if they hadn't told it was absolutely necessary to fix his truck. And it did not fix his truck and had to be taken back several times.
No oil in the driveway, no oil under the rig, no oil anywhere on or in the engine. While hauling hay the check engine light came on. Pulled over and found the motor to be completely empty of oil. Thanks Bud Clary Service department for forgetting to put oil back in at my $90,000 trucks last oil change. Can’t get anyone on the phone who can help. It’s now after 5PM but we started calling Bud Clary Chevrolet since 3:30PM today. WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT #Stevensucks

For a person that hates everything about buying a car, this was most pleasant, non-pressured experience we have had for not one, but two vehicle purchases in the last month. Ryan Allen, and the crew, were wonderful to work with. the sales price on our new truck with very fair, and so was the trade-in of our old truck. Ryan took a lot of time going through all the features and functions on our new truck. I would recommend the bud Clary team, and especially Ryan Alan, to anybody who's looking to buy a car or truck
horrible experience bought my 2017 gmc put maybe 2000 miles on it all 8 injectors went out. transmission lines r leaking. can't turn the truck all the way without the tire's hitting my inner fenders and ripped them up and tore chunks out of my tires. payed 40k for this truck with only 30k on it just to have all theses problems when it was all inspected before sold. this was the whole reason for getting a new vehicle to be reliable and safe for my family but yet my truck has ben in there shop all week getting fixed and still ... read more
