Took my old Caravan to them today. First time I've been to them. They were very fair and NICE to me. Will go back to them.
Buck is very up front and fair about pricing. I have called around for additional estimates and he has beat them every time. I have never had trouble with the customer service in the five years I've been working with Buck. They can be extremely busy, so you just got to let him know if it is a situation where you really can't wait. He is pretty accommodating.
