Dr. Osorio is amazing, as well as the staff. My only concern is that craig loves to up sell so much he takes it upon himself to add things to your chart without you asking or telling him to, and unless you ask questions he is very good at being discrete on what he will be charging you for that day. EXAMPLE: I went in for the back to school special whitening. I was told by a hygienist that it was the $450 whitening for $89. So of course I jumped on that deal! I was a bit skeptical by the low price for a visit without insurance, but I was pleasantly surprised. Very nice office. Friendly staff.
Love this Dental office but the front office staff give the Dental office a Black Eye they have gotten rude since he has grown. You will call an make an appointment and when you get there they would tell you that you never made an appointment. Just this last Friday I made an appointment to get a cleaning and appointment to get a filling the lady at the desk pretty much called me a lie and said I didn't. The office and staff are great!
My first visit there was absolutely great! Dr. Osorio and his staff was so friendly and pleasant which helped me to really relax. I recommend them highly as I'm looking forward to my next visit.
The front office staff were friendly. The offices are very clean. The dentists are thorough and explain your treatment plan simply and answer any questions that you may have. I was very pleased with my visit and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good dentist.
After shopping around I decided on Buckner Family Dental because they worked with me to repair my teeth problems with procedures that solved my needs with sensible and economical solutions. Part of the work was completed in September 2015 and the balance completed n December 2015. I was happy, my teeth looked good and I could chew again. In May of 2016 one of my permanent bridges came out ad Buckner Family Dental fixed the problem adding a post and refitting the bridge. This took three appointments and over seven hours. OVER ALL MY EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT! FRONTEND STAFF, TEAM IN THE BACK, DR. WERE GOOD. SOME CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM: FOR SOME PATIENTS GOING TO THE DENTIST IS A BIT AWKWARD/SCARY (THAT ME). AS A PATIENT I FELT LIKE I NEEDED TO PROVE MYSELF AS A LOYAL PATIENT, BEFORE STAFF/DR. WARMED UP TO ME. AS TO WHERE IT SHOULD BE THE OTHER WAY AROUND. AGAIN, OVERALL MY VISIT WAS GREAT AND WOULD HIGHLY REFER YOU GUYS TO ANYONE!
