Inattentive disinterested staff, we put our name in for a table and we're told the wait would be 5 minutes, 20 minutes later we were told it would be a few more minutes, there were several empty tables and no explanation. We finished our drink at the bar and left for the BBC where we had a fantastic late lunch with friendly servers to boot.

RecommendedThe food is quite excellent, especially the crab au gratin. Because it's such a fun/great place with such good food, be prepared to wait for a table and to eat among a crowd. I did not realize that reservations needed to be made days in advance and could not be made same day. I will definitely return, but I will plan in advance for a reservation.
Our waiter was very nice, I love the atmosphere here and have never had a problem until Saturday. I ordered the tavern burger and was never asked how I wanted it cooked and it really didn't occur to me till I was served my food and the burger was so rare I couldn't eat it. I'm not one to complain or send food back but for the future make sure your staff is asking that question.
I loved being on the upper deck/terrace and the waiter/bartender gave honest advice about what to order and what not to. I had the lasagna and a couple of delicious craft brews on draft. Highly recommend it, especially the upstairs deck which is perfect when the weather is nice.
Bartender was fast and on point. Place was packed, but we could still here each other.
