The service at the Buckle has always been top notch. I can't remember the young man who helped me, but my mom was too tired to go into the store so he helped me show her the different shirts by holding them up for her so she could see them from the hallway. Then she was able to pick the shirts she wanted for her grandson's birthday. I thought that was a class act!

As usual I was able to shop for over an hour, chose some things and be checked out without being acknowledged once to see if I needed help on a non busy day. The manager did acknowledge me right away and helped me get someone to check me out as soon as she saw me but no other associates could be bothered. Jury would have thought things would have changed by now.
