Staff is great! Amenities are great but parking is the absolute worst if you have 2 cars. I think is the worst parking experience I’ve ever experienced

Matt is easily THE best property manager, I’ve had the pleasure of leasing with. The location is beautiful and well maintained. Plenty of facilities to use (gym, grilling area, fire pit, on site public computers, etc.). When we had maintenance issues, they were fixed the day after or even the day off. Recommend the HECK out of this place!

This apartment complex is okay but parking is absolutely terrible. Don’t rent here if you’ve got a pm job or tend to come home late, not fun to have to walk down the block in a sketchy area at night. The front gate isn’t too secure, I’ve seen everyone that walks through just reach around and punch the simple code from the outside. The layout of the townhomes make it impossible to bring any large furniture or beds to the bedroom. I lived here for 3 years, and it will always be considered a home to me. My best girlfriends and I lived in a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. The amenity area was great, and the workout room got the job done! It was very affordable especially with the proximity to both Broad Ripple and Downtown. the gated parking lot does fill up quickly, and I would definitely suggest making sure your car is locked when it's parked on the street.
