Atmosphere is really cool, lots to visually explore. The drinks were delicious and the food was balls to the wall good. Are the Rocky mountain oysters, elk steak and a buffalo ribeye. Mmmmmm.
The atmosphere is great, very rustic. We had a group of 5 had appetizers beef, buffalo and elk tips, rocky mtn oysters and artichoke hearts. Everything was very good, the steak tips were the best. Lo I had the buffalo steak it was good, but medium well rather than medium rare. The salmon was fantastic 3 people had it and loved every bite. The buffalo prime rib was excellent. The service was great and the buffalo bill bourbon and apple juice was a hit. We enjoyed Buckhorn Exchange a d will be back.
Over the top. An eating experience. Waitress was patience and helpful. Never a glass empty.
