We were in Denver for the Broncos and Bears game, so wanted to enjoy the food culture. So, we went to have the Rocky Mountain oysters, which were excellent! Also, we tryout the tri-tips, steak, bison and elk, in a rich gravy with fresh made bread. We enjoyed our time and our waitress was so helpful and knowledgeable about the food.

Had Buffalo prime rib and a quail for main course; and Rocky Mountain Oysters for an appetizer. We all had a ball(pun intended).
Unusual dining experience
Best steak I have had in a long time. Steak for two was awesome!!!!
The food was great, we ordered quail, elk and buffalo meats. As an appetizer we ordered the fried artichokes and the buffalo soup. Everything was cooked to perfection. Highly recommended restaurant, if you are up to trying game meats this is the place.
