Worst scam EVER... Went in for a quick oil change. I then received a call for an "estimate" of over $3,600.00 worth of work "needed". When I said I'd like to get a second opinion the gentleman hung up on me... While I was asking questions still!! Took my car to Marietta, to my trusted mechanic, and we looked at my car together. Oddly I did not see the "damages" that Goodyear saw. If anything it was in great condition. NEVER AGAIN will I go to this location. Total scam on women!!!
Took my truck there to get a flat fixed. 3 month old truck, never had the wheels off before. After they fixed the flat, my truck was due for service. Had to buy new lug nuts for the wheel they fixed because the idiots cross threaded it. Will never take another vehicle here.
This is the only place that I bring my vehicles to for service and maintenance. Mr. Alvin Maddox is incredibly knowledgeable. He shows me and explains to me what is needed for repair. I highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed.
They actually added in a $15 dollar charge to fill the tires on our 11 year old beater car with Nitrogen. Fortunately I caught the scam and had them take it off the bill and fill the tires with air. Beware of this shop and always look over the bill carefully for junk fees.
