It’s Saturday. My shocks/struts are shot. I drive for Lyft. No car, no money. There is a bonus this weekend I need to meet. I live in Cumming 30 miles north of here. This is the only place that said they could get me back on the road today. I am GRATEFUL. Kudos to Josh who told me he could fix it, his not letting me down when the wrong parts came in, his staying true to his word and getting the parts, and being kind and helpful getting this driver back to work.
I like them. Friendly guys... I do have concerns that their camera surveillance system doesn't work for back up/replay since something was missing from my vehicle, and now I can't even review footage. Basically anyone can go rob the place or do damage with no worries of being caught on camera :-(
I have over 100 friends who live in the Chastain Park and Buckhead area, who I’ll never send here after the way I was treated.
I highly reccomend this location. They are very professional, trustworthy and tell you exactly what you need without any of the sneaky addons. Richard is very courteous, and friendly, I couldn't ask for a better experience, and the prices cant beat be beat considering the level of service that you recieve.

This is the only place I take all my vehicles. Most trustworthy team you will find in Atlanta. These folks are extremely knowledgeable and I especially like the very clean waiting area where I can get some work done on my short wait. Love this place!!!
