fraudulant practice Misleading 'bait and switch' ... took money under false pretense. Refused to refund a $6000 good faith deposit, and didn't even pay the invoice of the third party they brought in under the radar and then lied about it. Do NOT give Buckhead Plumbing money ... call ANYONE else.

I would not recommend We used Buckhead Plumbing starting in the beginning of June, they were referred to us. We are living out of the area and there were a few things that were found on the home inspection that needed to be fixed. We thought these items were fixed but they were not. Another home inspection revealed that the same EXACT issues were still present (that we already paid for). Buckhead came back out and "fixed it" and charged us again. Just had to give a big thanks and shout out to Buckhead Plumbing & HVAC. These guys were awesome. They came out in twenty degree weather on a Sunday evening, diagnosed and fixed my heater for a very reasonable price. They have excellent customer service and were a pleasure to work with. Thanks to Craig and Steve we have heat again! They were able to navigate my awkward attic and get a new furnace installed in one day. It works perfectly! Craig also fixed our AC issue. Will call them again with any other home related problems.

Steve was recommended after my last contractor half-assed a job and bailed half-way through. Steve talked to me that day and had someone out there the next day finishing a HVAC install, sheetrock, and a complete flip. While it says Buckhead Plumbing, Steve does it all. I tried it the cheap way on my own and wound up spending more. Steve was a life saver and cannot recommend him enough!! For the first time ever I was satisfied with my HVAC installation. Steve gave us a quote, walked us through the whole process, as well as educating us on the best options. He was very thorough in completing his job in a timely manner. I have had my HVAC control system for over a year and had the chance to check out the performance of both the condenser and furnace, which both run smoothly.
