Once doing so, you’ll understand the pattern of deceit Steve employs. To replace my main water line and fix a drainage issue in the backyard, Steve gave us an estimate of $4,100. I’m a first-time homeowner of a few months, and I was too trusting & naïve to ask for a written quote.
