SCAMMER,*****, THEIF! BEWARE! May 6, 2022. My ac would only cool for a couple of hours. I would have to turn it off for a while, then it would cool again. I spoke with ***** the owner & explained exactly what was happening. He said the charge for a service call was $79 & that Freon was $149.00 per pound. He said it could take up to 10lbs to refill ($1400). I told him the unit was 22 yrs old & that I would like to get some estimates to replace it. He quoted me $5465 for a 2 ton Rheem unit. Go out of business. Scammed me out of 5500 then discovered he only wired up for AC, and didn't install motherboard , another 1000.00. Sad he gets away with fraud and deception, deceiving innocent people taking their money and talk about God and religion, Really?

Scammmer. Unlicensed. Unlicensed people installing HVAC units, incompetent. Targets single women. Takes money and won't fix properly. Paid him 5500 for complete unit installation. Took 2 days to complete, used excuse of bad wiring previous contractor, but unit ran as soon as hooked up, his Unlicensed subcontractor didn't know what he was doing, had it blowing out heat,and smelled like wires burning. Left at 5, left me in 93 degree house, next day, Greg, supposed electrician finally rigged it up to work. They tore my ductwork... read more

Please read this complaint, as well as previous complaints on BBB and websites like Yelp, Angie’s List, etc. before hiring Steve Malone. Once doing so, you’ll understand the pattern of deceit Steve employs. To replace my main water line and fix a drainage issue in the backyard, Steve gave us an estimate of $4,100. I’m a first-time homeowner of a few months, and I was too trusting & naïve to ask for a written quote. Steve began his con by charging me $1,500 instead of the stated $150 to assess plumbing issues at the house (Steve’s response will be that this is a clerical error on his part.) I am so grateful for the quick and thorough service provided by Steve and Craig... Same day service is hard to find but is exactly what this company does. They took care of everything and had great customer service. It's important to help small businesses grow during good times but especially right now during this difficult time. God bless.
