I'm giving two stars ONLY bc my nails are cute & Sam took his time. He did wonderful! My lashes I HATE THEM! They didn't have the ones I wanted so I let them put on the shorter kind that they did have & just lashes itself was $50 within 4 hours later they had already came off & I was told they last up to two weeks. I live in Birmingham & pay $25-30 for GREAT lashes and I can wash my face and everything else & they'll last me up to 3 weeks. I will NEVER come back here. Sorry
Tina the manager is extremely kind and customer friendly. I love the ambience of the place it's very soothing and relaxing they offer you a red or white wine or water as a complementary beverage while you are being serviced. The facility is clean and neat and everyone has a big smile. Everyone was so kind and enjoyable to talk with, and they did an amazing job! I got a gel manicure and a pedicure. The pedi was worth every penny. They really spend time with you so it was very nice and relaxing. And of course the mani was perfect! It was my first time going to this place but this is most definitely going to be my only nail salon from now on! I was so impressed with everything listed above, plus it was very clean which is important.
