Everything Was Prefect Except My Bill, Lol.
Although the dental hygienist that I was scheduled to see was not in the office, I had a great experience with Trina. Sensing my anxiety she was very patient and took time with me. She did an excellent job cleaning and planing my roots and she showed me the proper way to brush and floss my teeth to remove more tartar.

i truly enjoy the dental assistants and Dr. Paige, and their level of service. I've found each of them to be personable and professional in their dealings. the only part of the experience that I've constantly found challenging is the billing and reconciliation with the benefits offered under my dental plan. In my previous experiences with dentists, oral surgeons, and other healthcare providers, i've not found the same level of inconsistency and application of benefits as I've found here. I just had to acknowledge how helpful Cynthia was to me over the phone this morning!!! I had a million and one questions about my insurance coverage and a necessary procedure and she was so pleasant, thorough and helpful. It was much-appreciated! :) I have always had positive experiences at Buckhead Family Dentistry - namely with Dr. Paige, Trina and now Cynthia. Thanks for all you do!
Everything went well. Just as I expected the work that needed to be done took less than an hour. Dr. Paige is very efficient.
My hygentist was wonderful! After my horrible experience over a year ago, she was a welcome relief!
