I went in for a follow up visit. As always, the staff was warm and friendly. I was escorted back to the treatment room in a very timely manner. Dr. Paige was very thorough, polite, and professional. As always, he had his sense of humor. I give much kudos to Buckhead Family Dentistry and highly recommend them for their professional service.

Firat off, I am new to the area and I originally went to a different dentist for a checkup. That dentist managed to torture me for 30 mins, not discuss my treatment plan or why she wanted to remove my wisdom teeth before anything else, and then overcharge all of the procedures on my treatment plan. Needless to say, I was unhappy and the wonderful people at Buckhead Family Dentistry got me an appointment to be seen the following day. i am usually freaked out by having my teeth cleaned. Plus I was running late for my appointment. Trina was very nice and professional and always finds ways to make the experience as pleasant as possible. She also provides good, useful information.
I went in because I was feeling pain in a tooth. As I had procrastinated on visiting the dentist for some time I assumed I had a cavity. Dr. Bae and Jackie made me feel really at ease, chatted with me conversationally and made sure I understood what was going on in my mouth (not a cavity, yay!). They explained my options and even took extra x-rays to compare the problem area to the non-problem area to be sure they were providing the best advice. Buckhead Family Dentistry is a very professional environment. I've been at this dentist office for at least 4-5 years and they have never disappointed me with their customer service. Because of BFD, I'm able to smile and be confident at the same time.
