Semi-annual appointment Wonderful service...again. Complicated by frozen parking, but handled well and professionally by staff. Impressive office. Glad I found you all.

Helpful with directions First off, I received a phone call about an hour before my appointment letting me know that the surface parking lots were closed due to snow. How considerate! Secondly, when I parked in the parking deck (which I never use) I completely lost all sense of direction. I was about 20 minutes late and anxious as all get out. When I called one of the ladies at the desk calmed my nerves and stayed on the phone with me until I got in the building of the clinic. You can’t find care like this anywhere people. Bu... read more
