Joe's Dental Experience Let me tell you after 5 years away from the Dental Chair, I was expecting the worst. But from the moment I walked it, everyone was friendly at put me at ease. Both the hygienist and the dentist were caring and engaging. And my teeth felt so much cleaner and better!
I had a great experience at Dental Associates of Buckhead. I always dreaded getting my teeth cleaned at my old Dentist in Big Sky Montana, but at Dental Associates of Buckhead, I always look forward to getting my teeth cleaned by Sherry, and Dr. Riley made me feel right at home and comfortable while working on a cavity that I had. Really nice people and professional.
My initial assessment was based on 3 things: 1. Initial Contact with Staff: Professional greeting, listened to my required services, answered all my questions, requested appropriate info, recommended online profile and insurance info completion and submission of recent xrays. This was a very thorough process in one phone call! 2. First Office Visit: Pleasant greeting, immediately located my paperwork, checked me in (and was very polite), estimated fees in a timely manner, and scheduled my next appointment.
