RecommendedWe found Buckhead Kitchen and Bar after shopping in Bowling Green today. We live about an hour away so we don’t get to BG very often. It was Derby Day so the TVs were all on the race which was fine; we enjoyed watching it. My husband had the Paradise Burger with Killer Fries and said it was really good. I had the Pot Roast w/potatoes and carrots, mac and cheese, baked sweet potato, and corn bread. Everything was good. The roast had good flavor but was a little dry. Drive thru order was not correct. Bbq chicken sandwich was missing bbq sauce & the paradise burger was missing Heinz 57. Also ordered two peices of pie & only got one. Food was ok.

Great food (and a nifty variety). Accommodating to special requests! Large portions! TVs. Cold, cold beer and amazing service (I had a great server who took fabulous care of me!). You should try it! I’ll be here every time I am in town!!!
I was so excited that Buckhead reopened and I couldn’t wait to get my favorite chicken salad sandwich and killer fries. Sadly, I was very disappoint due to the chicken salad being dry. We started off sitting at a booth by a window and had to ask to be moved due to finding small ants crawling on the table. The waitress moved us and apologized, but then said something about when the restaurant was Buffalo Wild Wings they had them too. Not sure why she mentioned that.
