* tried to give it another chance and they deleted my appointment I had waited for 2.5 months for and have text message proof that the appointment was made. The receptionist suggestion was to make a new appointments 3-4 months so I declined* 1st off I want to say my parents love this place so I feel bad leaving a poor review, but ultimately I didn’t have the same experience. Closes early with no notice, no signs on the door... Nothing...
I have been a patient of Dr Hinkle’s for several years. I have a toothache and called to get in to see Dr Hinkle. I was told they didn't have any appointments. I told her I thought when you had a toothache, they would try to work you in. She told me only if they had an opening. I asked when I might be able to get in and was told the last of Jan or first of Feb. I guess they don’t understand the seriousness of an infected tooth or just don’t care. Time to find another Dentist. Very disappointed in them. !!!
Amazing! I came in unexpectedly today with my sick son, whom had a toothache, even though every place in town was closed or turned us away they were able to give him a look! Amazing caring staff! 10/10!
