I took my car to them for an alignment, it still wasn't right. It wore the tires to a complete bald Nascar looking tire. I took it back to them today after speaking with them they realigned my car and also bought me 2 tires to replace them. I really appreciate the business that they do. I stand behind them. They will always get my praise. Thank you so much for all your help.
I was needing a funky sized set of tires for my truck and shopped around. Discount tire came in more than $150 cheaper for the set. Then I get there, and Christina and the crew were awesome. The technicians were thorough, down to even using a torque wrench to check the nut torques on the rims. I had 4 new tires mounted/balanced, new break pads all-the-way-around, a 4-wheel alignment, and a state inspection and only waited 1.5 hours. It was a wonderful experience. Loved this place until a recent experience. Spend almost 1500$ and they can’t replace 2 tire pressure sensors that they messed up. Sensors are not even a year old but they told me the batteries are dead. Mind you sensors worked until they put in my new tires and done my alignment! Good customer service goes along ways but anymore it’s cut throat.
Great pricing and such a friendly home-like environment. The waiting room is cozy with a little wall heater and supplies for the perfect cup of coffee. Fast service too! I will definitely be back here!
